RETURN POLICY

The product you require to return must be unused, unworn and without any faults. A product can only be returned if it is damaged, expired, close to expiry or has quality issues in it. A product can be returned within 7 days after an order is delivered.

If you try any fashion products to check if they fit, we can consider them unworn upon request.

It is essential to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any mishap or delay in the procedure of your return.

If you find any damage, fault or incorrectness in the product at the delivery time, you may give a return application via the website or the app within 7 days.

We are entitled to send you the product back if it is in unacceptable condition. Change of mind after buying a product is not acceptable for all categories.

If you find any products with missing parts, you may request a return in that case too. Products that are already marked unreturnable are not eligible for return.

As you request for return, fill a Return Request Form and we will contact you via e-mail or call once the request is approved.
